Our process
We want our clients to understand how the design process works. Every project is different and flows differently, however we have found a basic time line that helps with the expectations for the projects timeline
Client Time Line

Consultants: Once we have a floor plan and exterior approved by you. We proceed to send the plans to the needed consultants.

Producing plans: Once the plans are sent to our consultants we work on producing submittable plans and detailing your project.

Review: Once we have a solid set of plans and received plans back from our consultants, we review everything to confirm it is correct
Design Development
Phase

Programing (understanding your vision): For this phase of the project we spend time to understand your vision for the project

Restrictions: We look at any HOA, ARC, or government requirements

Preliminary Design: Once we understand your vision and any restrictions we start to produce preliminary floor plans and your exterior. Where your input is essential before we move forward to the next phase
Schematic Design
Phase

Construction administration: We do offer a services where we represent you during construction. We work with the builder to insure the project is built as closely to the plans as possible
Construction
Phase

Prelim: We help you through the prelim submittal process. By producing plans that meet the requirements and fixing any comments that you receive.

Final: We produce plans that meet the requirements for final submittals and fix any comments that you receive.
